Status definitions (tooltips and FAQ)
- Valid — Latest approved certificate is in force.
- Superseded — A newer version exists; we show the newest by default.
- Expired — Time- or scope-bound validity elapsed; not current.
- Revoked — Invalidated by the issuer; reason and timestamp shown.

When to use: suspected mislabeling, counterfeit product/certificate, safety incident, or scope mismatch.

Vendor/brand: How to get listed
- Apply — send product list, specs, and destination markets.
- Scope & plan — agree inspections/tests and acceptance criteria.
- Verify — perform inspections/lab work; issue certificate.
- Publish — listing goes live with status Valid and a Verify link.
Update rules: any material change (spec/label/site) → review and potential reissue.

Can I download the certificate?
Yes. PDF is downloadable; CSV/JSON is available when enabled by the owner.
Why can’t I find a product?
It may be pending, expired, or outside the published scope. Try searching by certificate # or contact Support.
Why does a product show “Superseded”?
An updated certificate exists (e.g., label/spec change). Always use the latest version.
How often are products retested?
Depends on risk/category—see Validity & monitoring on the product page.
