4) Manufacturing Hygiene
- Spot checks on wastewater basics, air/solvent handling, mixing rooms, PPE & ventilation; housekeeping and segregation for clean builds (white/bright uppers).
5) Sustainability & Claims
- Recycled content (polymer/fiber mass-balance), bio-based content, vegan (no animal-origin materials/finishes), traceable leather options; vendor declarations plus targeted lab/chain-of-custody verification.
6) Digital Passport & QR
- Every approved BOM or finished pair gets a QR-secured passport: test results, photos, seals, batch/lot, version history, and claim wording.
