What we do — BQCIS is an independent partner for inspection, testing, certification, and ESG assurance. We bring science, traceability, and impartial governance to every engagement—covering on-site inspection and supervision, lab testing and analytics, management system audits and certification, and digital trust (QR-secure certificates and a secure client portal). Our goal: give decision-makers reliable evidence they can verify, share, and defend.

Quality Management System (QMS)
Our QMS defines how we plan, execute, verify, and improve.
• Document control: current SOPs, controlled templates, version traceability.
• Competence: role matrices, witnessed sign-offs, periodic re-authorization.
• Equipment & calibration: planned maintenance and traceable calibration (see NIST).
• Nonconformities & CAPA: root-cause analysis with effectiveness verification.
• Proficiency & validation: inter-lab comparisons, ruggedness/uncertainty studies.
• Feedback & complaints: logged, investigated, and closed transparently.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
We operate to rigorous HSE standards—on client premises and in our own facilities. Job Safety Analysis (JSA), dynamic risk assessments, contractor control, PPE and chemical hygiene, emergency preparedness, and responsible waste management are embedded in our methods. We prioritize prevention and continuous learning.
Digital Trust, Privacy & Cybersecurity
Every certificate carries a QR link to a tamper-evident verification page with version history. Access to client data follows least-privilege principles with encryption in transit and at rest, vendor security due diligence, and incident-response readiness. Clients can verify results instantly or access records via the secure portal.
Sustainability & ESG
